1-1/2 lbs. hamburger or Italian sausage
2 (14 oz.) cans Italian style tomato sauce
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dehydrated minced onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 TB lemon juice
1 TB worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
5-6 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain well. Combine remaining ingredients in stock pot. Add meat. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours to blend flavors.
