1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook these ingredients until thick. Let cool. Fold in 1 pint of whipped cream. Apples, grapes, celery, nuts are very good added to this also.
