1 clove of fresh garlic per salmon fillet
onion powder to taste
Lowry's seasoning salt to taste
soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to medium heat or oven to 350 dependent on cooking preference. Dice garlic. Place salmon fillets on a large piece of aluminum foil (place aluminum foil on baking sheet if cooking in oven). Cover each fillet entirely with soy sauce to keep fillet moist while grilling or baking. Lightly sprinkle onion powder and Lowry's on each fillet. Arrange garlic to cover the fillets.
If baking in the oven, allow about 20-25 minutes of cook time (depending on elevation). If grilling, allow about 15-20 minutes or until fillet is flaky yet moist. Remove from foil and serve.

Personal Notes:
It is an awesome dish served with mashed potatoes but make sure to remove skin before placing on the plate.
