1 Cake Yeast
1/4 c. Lukewarm Water
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. Shortening
1 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
2 c. Flour. sifted
3 T. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Scald milk, stir in shortening, sugar, and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add unbeaten eggs, yeast mixture, and all of flour.
Beat vigorously. Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 Hour. Stir well. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk for about 30 minutes. Pour about 1/2 tsp. melted butter over each roll. Bake: 375º Time: 20 Minutes
