2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage (out of casings)
1 small sweet onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
2 cans white navy beans (drain)
1 can chicken stock
1 container of tomato soup (Trader Joe's)
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 large bunch of kale

Directions:
Directions:
cook sausage in fry pan
add garlic
place in large soup pot with:
chopped onion
tomatoes
chicken stock
tomato soup base
1 1/2 cans of white beans
other 1/2 can - puree and add to soup to thicken
chop kale and add to soup
cover and simmer.

Tastes best when cooked early in the day and left to sit for a bit.... Serve with pecorino romano cheese grated and some fresh, crusty bread
