"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
whole ham ground clove brown sugar 1 can of pineapple, rings work best, with juice
Put ham in roaster. Sprinkle with ground clove over the whole ham. Pat brown sugar on top of ham. Put pineapple rings on top of brown sugar. (I use toothpicks inserted in my pineapple to keep them in place.) Pour some of the pineapple juice over the ham. Not too much or the brown sugar will start to slide off. I pour a little in the pan around the ham. I probably use a little over half the can of juice. Bake ham at 350º tightly covered.
