Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 1 lb. loaves frozen white bread, thawed
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
8 oz. thinly sliced ham, divided
8 oz. thinly sliced salami, divided
1/2 cup chopped parsley, divided
1 egg
1 tsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
2. On lightly floured surface, roll one loaf to a 14x10 rectangle, with the long side facing you. (I have never gotten it to roll out that large, however, once I have layered all the stuff in it and as I am rolling it up, it grows larger because of the stretching.)
3. Sprinkle dough with 1/4 cup cheese, leaving 1/2 inch border around sides. Top with half the ham, slices overlapping. Add another 1/4 cup cheese, then half the salami. Press gently to pack layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parsley and another 1/4 cup cheese.
4. Tightly roll up from long side. Pinch together seams and ends to seal.
5. Repeat the process with the other loaf.
6. Place loaves, seam side down, 4 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Lightly beat egg and water. Brush over loaves. Cut 3 slits in top of each loaf. Bake 30 min. or until tops are golden brown.
7. Let cool before slicing. Serve warm or room temp.
