Club Crackers
1 cup butter, not margarine
1 cup light brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 15X10 in. jellyroll pan with parchment paper
Cover bottom of pan with 1 layer of crackers, breaking to fit ends and sides.
Mix butter and brown sugar in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring. Boil for 3 min.
Pour this mixture over crackers and bake 5-6 min. at 350
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with choc. chips.
Spread like frosting as they melt.
Top with nuts (I gently press the nuts in the chocolate)
Chill. When cool, break into pieces

To melt chocolate chips quicker, I put back into the oven for a minute or so.
