1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 TB light corn syrup
Texas Toast
7 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
2 TB vanilla extract
ground cinnamon
1 can apples, cherries (your preference)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, mix and melt brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
Mix eggs, milk and vanilla together.
Spray 9X13 baking dish.

Pour margarine, sugar, syrup mixture in baking dish. Cover with apples or cherries. Arrange one layer bread slices in pan. Pour some of egg mixture over bread slices. Arrange second layer of bread slices in pan. Pour remainder of batter over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Preheat oven to 350, uncover and bake 45 min. to 1 hr.
