6 slices white bread
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups American or cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage or ham
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Line 9x13 pan with bread. Mix together all ingredients and pour over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 40 min.

May also add mushrooms, peppers or any ingredient that may be added to an omelet.
