2tsp. vegetable oil
1 (15-oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14 1/2-oz.) cans no-salt-added stewed tomatoes,untrained
1 (14/2oz.) can fat-chicken broth
1 cup picante sauce
1tsp. ground cumin

1. saute onion and bell pepper in hot oil in a large saucepan until tender. Add kidney beans and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min.
