1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 or 2 ham hocks
3 beef bouillon cubes
3 chicken bouillon cubes
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. All Seasoning
6 bay leaves
1 pkg. of black-eyed peas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a big pan. Add water. Cook until beans are done. May have to add more water.
2. Serve with hot cornbread.
