2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Ranch dressing mix
1 can hominy, undrained
3 cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cans pinto beans, undrained
1-1/2 cup water

1. Brown ground beef with onion. Add green chilies.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
