1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) oleo
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3 or 4)
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar with butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in banana. Sift flour with baking powder & salt. Add & mix with banana mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased 9x5x3" loaf pan at 350º for 1 hour or until test done in center. Cool on rack.
