1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup of beer
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Mix and use.
Beef or chicken from 2 to 10 hours
