1 c. flour 1 c. water 1 T. oil 1/2 c. salt 2 tsp. cream of tartar a few drops of food coloring
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and some of the water. Stir well. Add remaining water and coloring. Cook about 3 minutes. Let cool. After it thickens, knead well. Keeps at room temperature in plastic bag.
