2- 8oz. pkg. Philly cream cheese (or Neutfatchel)
1- 5 oz. can crushed Dole pineapple (drained)
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 cups chopped pecans
1 Tbs. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to soften. Mix cream cheese, peppers, onion, drained pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans. Form ball and roll in other cup of chopped pecans.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.
Great with Ritz!~
