2 cups walnuts 1 cup pitted dates 1 cup brown sugar (packed) 2 1/2 cups coconut 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven 350º Grind walnuts and dates in food processor or finely chop by hand Add sugar, 1 cup of coconut, and eggs; mix thoroughly Shape into teaspoon sized balls; roll in remaining coconut Place on lightly greased baking sheet Bake 15 minutes
