Garlic
Onion
Mince (½ beef and ½ pork)
Tin Tomato Juice
Ricotta Cheese (Mashed)
Pastry
Large Penne Pasta
Grated cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Fry garlic and onion in large pan. Add mince meat and cook through.
Add tomato juice and plenty of water and cook pasta in sauce.
Add salt and pepper. Once cooked, add ricotta and cheese and stir carefully.
Prepare pastry all round the baking dish and put mixture inside.
Beat 2 eggs and pour over top of timpana.
Put more pastry on top and bake in oven for an hour.
