1-2 large or extra large eggs per serving
Shredded cheese
Ham
Onion
Green pepper
tomato
mushroom
(anything you like in an omelet)........

Directions:
Directions:
Crack 1-2 eggs (not more) into a qt. size Zip-Lock bag.
Shake gently to combine.
Add the rest of desired ingredients, then shake bag.
NOTE: Do NOT add milk or extra liquids.
Get all the air out of the bag and zip it up.
Place bag into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes.
Open the bag and the omelet will roll out easily.

This is a fun meal to make with kids or for guests. Have kids or guests write their names on the freezer bag with permanent marker, before starting. Each can combine their choice of ingredients. Six to eight omelets can be cooked in a large pot.
