10 eggs
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 4 oz. cans chopped green chiles, drained.
(I replaced the canned green chiles with whole Anaheim green chili peppers, seeded, split and layed across bottom of casserole dish.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Lightly oil a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in Jack cheese, cottage cheese, butter, flour, baking powder, salt and chiles.
Pour into baking dish sand bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
Cool for 10 minutes
(If using whole chili peppers, cover bottom of dish with them and then pour mixture over peppers.
