Cooked and peeled prawns
1 avocado
Shallots chopped
1 mango diced
Lettuce shredded
Celery chopped
Capsicum diced
Mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir through the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise.

We first experienced this salad when a friend invited us for a meal of fish & chips. We had pan fried salmon steaks, wedges and this delicious salad. Not your average fish & chips meal and nice to serve in summer for a special occasion.
