1 minced clove of garlic 10 medium potatoes 1/2 cup milk 3 tbsp. butter sea salt to taste pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
Peel and cube potatoes and boil on stove till tender (aprox. 20 minutes). Drain potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients except the cheese and mix till the potatoes have little to no lumps. Then add the cheese and you are done.
