8 slices of bread without crusts.
1# ham, precooked and cubed.
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded.
8 eggs.
2 cups milk.
1/2 tsp. dry mustard.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 cup melted butter.
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan lightly.
Put bread in pan then the ham and sprinkle with cubed cheese.
Beat eggs, add milk and dry ingredients.
Pour over bread, ham and cheese.
Melt butter and pour over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake 1 hr. at 325º.
DO NOT OVERBAKE.......
