One 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli 1 cup (small curd) cottage cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Dash garlic powder, salt, pepper PAM cooking spray
Cook vegetable and drain well. Blend cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese with seasonings in blender. Add to vegetable. Spray 8 or 9 inch glass pie pan with cooking spray. Place cheese/vegetable blend in pan and bake at 350 for 35 min. Serves 4 people.
