2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1-2 onions, diced
1-4.5 oz. can peeled green chilies
1-15.5 oz. can mild chili beans
1-14.5 oz. can Mexican recipe stewed tomatoes
1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1-15.5 oz. can Mexican style chili beans
2 T. chili powder
1 T. white vinegar
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce (makes sweeter)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (makes spicy)
1/4 tsp. each of salt, pepper, and garlic salt

In large pot, over medium heat, brown the beef, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add stewed tomatoes and diced tomatoes, then simmer. Add both cans of chili beans, then simmer. Add chili powder and vinegar. Cook on medium for 30-60 minutes. Spoon off grease, if needed.
