Med. head cauliflower 1 tsp. mustard
1/2 C. mayonnaise 1/2 C. cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. minced onion (shredded)
(instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower until tender. Combine mayo, onions, and mustard. Mix with cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese and put into oven (350º) until cheese melts.
