1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
minced onions, celery, carrots
salt, pepper and sage to taste
optional topping: brown sugar, ketchup and dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add everything else and mix well with hands. Optional: mix small amount of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and layer on top. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 hr.
