1 lb. Hamburger, 1 small can Water Chestnuts, 1 small can Bamboo Shoots, 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cups Water, 1 can Cream of Celery soup, 1 cup sliced Celery, 1 cup chopped Onion, 3/4 cup Minute Rice, 2 T. Soy Sauce, 1 can Chow Mein Noodles

Brown hamburger, onion and celery, Drain and pour into casserole dish. Add soups and 1 1/2 cups Water, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, rice and soy sauce. Stir well. Bake 35 minutes at 350º. Spread chow mein noodles on top and bake 10 minutes more.
