Chocolate Pound Cake Recipe

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Fudge Frosting:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 325
Mix all ingredients in the order they are listed. Pour into a greased tube pan or bundt pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Fudge Frosting:
Put sugars, butter and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and add chips and vanilla. Beat until blended with wire whisk. Frost the cake while still warm.
