6 d. flour
3 lbs. sharp cheese (room temp.)
3/4 lb. margarine (room temp.)
3/4 tsp. red pepper
Salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Work together cheese and margarine until like paste - no lumps. Add flour and red pepper by hand. Pack tightly in a cookie press. Be sure there is no air in cookie press. Squeeze your straws onto a non-stick pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 15 minutes.
