1 package cream cheese
1 chunk of brie cheese (equal in size to cream cheese)
1 round sourdough bread loaf

Cut all of the rind off of the brie cheese. Cut the brie cheese into 1-inch cubes. Cut the cream cheese into 1-inch cubes. Place both kinds of cheeses into a microwave safe bowl.Heat on medium power for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, every minute or so, until cheese is nicely melted. Cut the top off of the round sourdough loaf. Hollow the inside of the bread out to form a bread bowl. Note: save the inside of the bread, as you will use it to dip in the cheese. Place the melted cheese into the bread bowl. Serve with bread pieces from center of loaf.

You can also serve strawberries, apple slices, and celery with the cheese bowl. They seem to pair nicely with it. Yes, dip the fruit and celery into the cheese. It's tastes great!
