1 large Red Delicious apple, coarsely chopped
1 celery rib, diced
1/2 cup light lemon chiffon yogurt
2 T. mayonnaise
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup granola (optional)
