1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/2 T. red wine vinegar 1 T. lemon juice 1 T. grated lemon peel 1/8 tsp red pepper 2 1/2 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce 1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery 1/4 cup finely chopped turkey 1/2 cup finely chopped salami 1/2 cup finely chopped ham 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots 1/3 cup finely chopped radishes 2 T. finely chopped parsley 1 15 oz can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
Combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, lemon juice, lemon peel, and red pepper in a small bowl. Combine lettuce, celery, turkey, salami, ham, carrots, radishes, parsley, and chickpeas in a large bowl. Top with dressing and serve.
