Single Crust:
2 c flour
2/3 c oil
½ tsp salt
¼ cup hot water



Double Crust:
3 c flour
1 c oil
¾ tsp salt
1/3 to 1/2 c hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Single crust: Stir all ingredients together. Pat into pie pan. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Double Crust:Stir all ingredients together. Pat half of crust into pie pan. Make little pats of dough and place on top of pie filling, placing so they touch each other.

You can use this recipe also for making cobblers and cutting into strips, placing crust on top of the fruit filling.
