2 packages of Frozen Chopped Broccoli
2 cups of Cooked Ham cut into pieces
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
3 cups milk
4 eggs
* Options: 1/2 cup chopped Scallions and 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Broccoli as directed on pkg. Drain, and spread in a 13x9x2 inch ungreased pan
Layer Ham and Cheese over Broccoli.

Beat remaining Ingredients until Smooth and Pour over Broccoli Mixture
Bake 1 Hour at 350 degrees in a covered dish.Be sure to check during the last 10 minutes

Options: This may also be made w/o Ham if desired
