1 1/2 lbs cubed steak
1 cup water Seasoned flour
1 teaspoon beef extract
1/4 cup shortening
1 worchestershire
2 onions sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup catsup
1/4 teaspoon black
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll steak in seasoned flour and brown in shortening. Remove steak and brown onion. Add rest of ingredients, mix well and return steak to sauce. Cover and cook 11/2 hours, until tender. Add a little more water if gravy is too thick. Serve with fluffy white rice.
