1 whole chicken
1 onion
1 rib of celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
2 stacks of Club crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, adding 1 tsp. of salt, onion and celery to the water. When the chicken is done, remove the bones and skin. Chop into bite sized pieces. (I use kitchen shears) Mix 1 stick melted butter with 2 stacks of crushed Club crackers. Put half of cracker mixture on bottom of a shallow casserole dish. Top with all of the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375º until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
