2 T olive oil
5 to 6 lb chuck roast
1 can tomatoes sauce
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 C red wine
2 T vinegar
1/2 t All Spice
1/2 t Cinnamon
1t Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cube butter
4 Bay Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chopped onion and garlic in oil in roasting pan. Add all other ingredients and roast in 300 degree oven 3 to 4 hours covered.
