1/2 cup oil 1 cup starter 1 cup mashed bananas 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
Beat eggs, add sugar and oil. Blend in starter and vanilla. Add bananas. Stir in dry ingredients alternately with milk, bake in 13/x9 or jelly roll pan at 350º until done. In jelly roll pan about 30 minutes.
