2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup starter
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup nuts
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Add oil, eggs, starter and carrots. Mix well. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 325º for 55 minutes or until tests done. Cool and spread with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with nuts.
