2 C flour
1 t salt
1/4 C cold water
2/3 C shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Take out 1/3 C of mixture and mix in with the cold water forming a paste. Add the shortening to the remaining flour and mix with your hands until the mixture is like the size of peas. Add the paste mixture thoroughly until it can be shaped into a ball.

Divide into 2 equal amounts for a top and bottom crust.
