1 Package Rice-a-Roni, Beef or Fried Rice Flavor
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Can Water Chestnuts - Sliced
1 Can Black Olives - Halved (use medium or large)
3 Green Onions - Finely Diced
1/2 Green Bell Pepper - Finely Diced
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise, more if needed

Directions:
Prepare the Rice-a-Roni as directed on the package except use 1 3/4 cup water, and add in the soy sauce. Cool. Mix with all the other ingredients. Chill before serving. Hint..don't use chopped olives, its just not the same. Also, I have added chopped artichoke hearts to this as well.
