1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup onions diced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 slices bread soaked in 1/2 cup milk
dash of Rochester sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2 cans beef consume (non jelly)
2 tsp ketchup
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions:

Mix all meatball ingredients together; squeeze and form into little balls. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan over medium heat; brown balls in butter. Set aside in casserole dish when brown. Discard excess grease. Melt a tablespoon of butter and add garlic. Mix in 4 tablespoons flour. Remove from heat after cooking a little bit. Slowly stir in 2 cups beef consume, 2 teaspoons ketchup; stir until thickened. Cook for 5 minutes, then take off heat. Blend in 1/2 pint sour cream; pan sauce over meat balls. Heat in oven set at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
