4-6 chicken breasts, whole
2 cans pineapple chunks
1/4 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup green pepper, strips
1/4 cup onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan, Brown chicken on medium, about 5-6 minutes; add 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer on low. Drain pineapple, saving juice. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and salt. Pour into a sauce pan and cook, stirring occasionally over low heat until sauce thickens. Pour over chicken. Let cook 10 minutes on low. Then add pineapple, green pepper and onion. Cook until peppers and onions are tender.
