1.5 lbs of chicken breast
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8-12 oz. buffalo sauce
1 T olive oil
S&P

Directions:
Directions:
-Cook chicken breasts in olive oil with s&p. Then shred chicken.

-Melt cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a sauce pan.

-Add the chicken and buffalo sauce (amount according to taste) to the melted cheese mixture.

Serve with tortilla chips

I usually use a whole bottle of Texas Pete's Buffalo Sauce because it is not too spicy but I can add more sauce for a smoother dip.
