1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup stuffing mix
1 small onion finely chopped
1 egg
1 can 10 oz. tomato soup, divided
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine beef, stuffing mix, onion, egg, 1/4 cup soup and salt. Mix well. Shape into four oval patties about 1/2 inch thick. Heat oil in medium size skillet over medium heat. Add patties and brown on both sides, drain. Stir the water and Italian seasoning into remaining soup and pour over browned patties. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or til no pink remains in beef.
