1 chicken, boil in salt water, deboned, save broth
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can tomato, partially drained
1can mushroom soup
1 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cumin
8 oz. spaghetti
1 lb Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté vegetables in 1/2 stick of butter and add tomatoes and soup. Boil 8 oz spaghetti in saved chicken broth add to vegetable mixture with 1 lb Velveeta Cheese. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 325º until bubbly
Easily doubled.
