12 cups bite-sized spinach pieces
2 cups sliced strawberries or dried cranberries
2 cups green grapes
2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2/3 cup julienne strips Gouda or Edam cheese (2 oz.)

Ginger Honey Dressing
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. grated gingerroot or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:

1. Shake all dressing ingredients in tightly covered container.
2. Mix spinach, strawberries, grapes, pecans, and cheese in large bowl.
3. Sprinkle dressing over top. Serve.
