1 pkg. broccoli slaw mix
2-4 green onions, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar (I use a little less
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 pkgs. Ramen oodles w/Roast Beef Seasoning packets
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower kernels

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packets in a jar. Shake well. Mixture will look separated even after shaking. Keep in refrigerator over night.
2. The next day, crush noodles. Put in mixing bowl and add broccoli slaw mix, onions, almonds and sunflower kernels.
3. To maintain crunchiest, pour dressing over the salad just before serving. Don't overdress the salad. Refrigerate remainder of dressing.
